Here in Greenville, SC, the best Pizza is a small chain called
Barley's; they are probably better known for their vast beer selection
and live bands, but they have restaurants in Asheville NC, Spindale
NC, and Knoxville TN. Their pizza is terrific, and their calzones are
the best I've ever had. What I like best about their pizza is the
selection of toppings, which includes Andouille Sausage, which I've
never seen on another pizza topping menu. Unfortunately, they do not
deliver. I think my dream Barley's pizza would be topped with
Andouille Sausage, jalapeno, roasted red pepper, mushroom and diced
roma tomatoes.
