Sorry - I can't stand bourbon. I seared them, then used beef stock,
dry sherry, onion, celery garlic, sun-dried tomato paste, and dried
mushroom pieces. Smells great. Will de-fat (mostly) and whiz up
the braising liquid to make gravy, making a quick ruox out of some
of the fat to thicken it up.
