You are welcome. Let me know how you like it. Use some extra onion in
place of the cilantro for added flavor.

Many of the local restaurants serve charro beans as a side dish. One
really good barbecue place near my house serves a cup of it to all
diners even before one orders. It's wonderful stuff.
