I like strawberries (Particularly the little baby kind or wild ones) and
raspberries best.

If you don't like complication in the morning, You could measure the dry
ingredients the night before, and just add the eggs and milk and oil in
the morning. A little more work, but you had to get the cup measure
dirty anyhow

My mom used to do this when we went camping.
