It needs shaking very well before serving. I remove about 1/4 cup
from the bottle into a glass, recap the bottle and shake. Then I add
back that small amount and shake again. About the sodium.....I buy
the "Essential Antioxidant" formula and it has less salt than the
"regular" but enough to make it palateable. The "no sodium" V-8 is
awful.
