Ah. More like it.
We had a Rottweiler named Max years ago that weighed around 40kgs once
he was fully grown (and no, he wasn't overweight) - it was all neck and
muscle. He used to rush up to me to 'say hello' when I got home from
work and he could literally knock me right off my feet in his
enthusiasm if I wasn't quick enough to jump out of his way.
He always looked so fierce to strangers though - he would run up to our
boundary wall barking loudly and looking 'mean' every time anyone
walked by. The postman even stopped putting the mail into our post box
at the gate once Max got to 'full size' - he used to fling it over the
wall instead, so I'd come home to find half chewed envelopes strewn all
over the drive way (damn dog)... Little did the postman know that Max
was a good actor; Max would have licked him to death before he'd bite
(anyone) <lol>
