Cup or two of flour (alternate white or wholewheat) , an egg, some
baking powder, shot of oil and perhaps some sugar and raisins or
banana. It's faster and easier than trying to remember to buy pancake
mix and then finding the stuff in the cupboard.

Besides it tastes better than pancake mixes.
