Default First Day of the Best Diet Ever

It's surprising how many high-fiber foods are really delicious. I don't go
in for a lot of grainy stuff, but I love raw and nearly raw vegetables. When
I first changed my diet to cut back on processed foods and simple carbs, I
just added delicious things from the fiber category. (A psychological tactic
to keep the five year old in me from rebelling against the idea of "can't
have.") It worked great because I felt like I had extra goodies and there
was no room for the bad stuff.
