Depends. Yesterday was leftovers, but today is a big meal of Ox Tails.
Often Saturday is a quick meal if we were out for the day or doing work
around the house and little energy for cooking. Not much else doing so we
have the time.

OTOH, my wife is home every day so she can cook a decent meal most days. We
often cook in some quantity with the intention of having leftovers for
lunches or a second dinner. Friday was roasted chicken, yesterday was
leftover chicken, lunch today was chicken sandwiches. Not bad for a $7 bird
