It's not snobbery. It's common sense.

We all have a McDonald's (which are getting smaller, I'm sure) sometime,
but this is what I deem as 'fast food' photographed at Milan's Central
Station last week. The staff were working flat out morning and
afternoon. My purchases were served in a nice crisp plain white paper
bags with lots of serviettes complete with a smile.
