Might be good to use to baste pork. Have you tried a splash of it in water?
I am not a juice person either, it's too syrupy and caloric, but I like to
use it to flavor water or soda water. A splash is good in lemonade too. I
wonder if you could bake with it? Like an apple cranberry bread or
something? Oo, Oo, how about a glaze for a ham??
