I have not seen the "Express" but I do have the electric grill made by
Proctor Silex that is similar to the George Foreman Grill, but cheaper.
I use it a lot.

It's quick because it cooks the top and bottom of the food at the same
time...so, a salmon filet, for instance, takes about five minutes and
comes out with the nice grill marks on it. Great for burgers, chicken
tenders, pork chops...

Still, I cant say it really does any better than a good cast iron
skillet.

I LOVE kitchen gadgets. It's not safe for me to watch infomercials of
any kind. Especially at night when Ive had two or three glasses of
wine....
