Take any fresh or frozen vegetable like green beans Baby trees, (broccoli)
Brussels sprouts and:
1. Blanch & Shock in ice water.
2. Make a "Brown Butter sauce"
3. Reheat the vegetables in the sauce in a sauté pan.
