Restaurant-made chips are never salted because it's not practical
when they will be providing chips and/or queso with them (kinda like
using nacho-flavored Doritos for chile-cheese nachos - pointless).
Store bought chips are always salted except for maybe one or two
brands (5-10% of the market).
