I didn't know that you knew all about oil tankers. If they don't have oil on
them, do they rise in the water?
That explains a lot: The Ship Channel does *not* have the best of Mexican
restaurants in Houston.
Rest assured, I am right. If you can save up for some good meals away from
Clinton Drive, I would suggest places like Cyclone Anaaya's, Hugo's, El
Tiempo, Tony's Mexican, Café Adobe, Armondo's. Hell, even Chuy's - if you
can stand the noise.
