I don't see why not, whipped cream freezes very well, just can't
rewhip, sweeten, or flavor it later. Italian bakeries freeze both
custard and whipped cream filled pastries all the time. I'm not sure
about the egg free Birds powder but it should be easy to find out by
trying a small amount.
