Peter Lucas was a school gardener until he ran over his foot with a
motor mower; poor thing. He met Ruth at that school too; lucky thing.
She worked in an office then.; lucky thing. Now she slaves away in an
old peoples home; poor thing. But she tells us all that she is happy;
