No Safeways around me that I'm aware of. Regular grocery stores in a
couple states I'm familiar with typically have that "Free with $20
purchase" type of special for a mid sized turkey. I haven't paid much
attention this season, as I think I'm going to do something different,
perhaps a rack of lamb.
