I used to make a nice sauce for Cornish hens with orange juice,
drippings and a little chicken broth, maybe some orange marmalade. I
would give it a healthy shot of Grand Marnier.

I haven't made it in some time as it's too carby for us now, but it was
really nice on the hens.
