I've never bought a house with fridge. Why would you want somebody's old
fridge? Even if it is less than a yr or 2 old? So with a fridge supplied
it limits any colour the new people would paint/decorate with. Waste of a
fridge. I'm guessing middle brother just wants a fridge, or wants more
attention.
