Jill, I would simply throw in all the existing appliances. There is
absolutely no need to provide a new refrigerator unless the present one
isn’t functioning.

When we sold our home in Ohio to move to Arizona, that’s exactly what we
did, and the buyers were quite happy with what they got. It was certainly
no starter house, and the buyers were probably in their eary/mid-50s.

Of course, you’ll get 1001 opinions on this.
