Even rentals over here don't have *anything* in them!!

To move in and use someone elses fridge, or washing machine.....

I've seen houses where the people inside have been heavy smokers, and
it's actually *stained* any open surface.

Best bet with that sort of house is to burn it down and claim the
insurance.
