Turducken is chicken stuffed inside a duck stuffed inside a turkey.
Sounds perfectly awful to me. What you saw sounds even worse.

SIL used to bone a chicken, stuff it with a boned cornish rock hen,
then a hard boiled egg. Some sort of ground meat may have been
involved to shore up the cavities, but I don't remember. I just ate
it. I was never involved in the making. It was delicious and I
wanted to learn, but she's was always "old and tired". Now she really
is.
