Yeah, I know. But cooked cilantro roots (or stems) lack much of the
fragrance of uncooked cilantro leaves. (Besides, you have to do SOMETHING
with the leaves!)

Are you one of the unfortunate cilantro-tastes-like-soap people? Or do you
just not like it?
