Oops! I read posts straight down the line. I'm not sure how old the
house is. Let's see ... really high ceilings, large pantry with a
potato bin, cracked and bulging plaster walls, beautiful woodwork
that's been cruely painted over in weird colors, a tornado shelter
instead of a basement, boiler heating, clawfoot bathtub. I wouldn't
PURCHASE the place, but this landlord will allow us to keep our seven
critters. No one else will. The neighborhood sucks, but it's still
better than the same neighborhood would be in St. Paul. We don't have
gunfire here. And ... we won't be near any working train tracks for
the first time since moving down here over 5 years ago. Whoo-hoo!
