I use it in large amounts, I've just been forgetting. We've had three
extra people in the house for the past month, including a three year
old. I've been too busy trying to keep my sanity relatively intact to
think much about meal planning (I take frozen fruit out to thaw the
night before, then add it to the yogurt - Grape Nuts are usually
involved, too).
The extra people are gone now.
