Eggnog Latte - Great for a snowy winter night in Chicago!

3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups whole milk
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee powder
ground cinnamon and whipping cream, for garnish
8 long cinnamon sticks for stirring
In heavy saucepan, stir eggs, milk, whipping cream, coffee liqueur,
honey and espresso coffee powder. Cook and stir over medium heat
until mixture coats a metal spoon. DO NOT let it boil.
Pour eggnog mixture into coffee mugs. Sprinkle each with some ground
cinnamon and whipped cream. Insert cinnamon sticks. Serve while
hot.
