We are having a potluck at work on Christmas Eve night. I am taking
the Bakesale Betty lemon bars, and Squeaks' Mixed Antipasto. At
least I think I am, LOL. It is easy to put together, and seems to go
over well.
I am working Christmas night as well..and it will probably be the
remains from the Christmas Eve feast. If not, I will bring something
from home....

My schedule after that is up and down. One night off, one night one,
one night off..and so forth. I won't have much time or energy to
cook much of anything, much less have company... Haven't decided what
to cook for myself, yet.
