I'll just heat up leftovers! I don't worry about it. :-)
I'll be doing volunteer work early Christmas morning with the CPA Alumni
Association and serving breakfast to the County public servants on duty
along with other volunteers. Local PD, Sheriff's, EMS and the fire dept.
on duty until about 09:00. We'll be serving at the local police
station. I plan to make some sausage, cheese and egg breakfast tacos
with salsa as one of the choices. Other stuff will be donated.
Sis' and her family will sleep late so I'll go over there when my
volunteer shift is up. It should work out well.
I'm not really much concerned about food at this point. Just people!
I work nights so mornings are free...
