Braised. You can add bacon or pancetta if you want, but I tend to go low
salt because of my wife's preferences. Just oil, heat, wash the sprouts,
then toss them in and add a small amount of water. Toss them around so
they cook on all sides. Braise on low medium for about ten minutes or so.
Basically they are done when they are browned and you can poke them easily
with a fork.
