Ditto.

I found myself doing this on Thanksgiving. I was off, but I started a
litany of things that I was so very thankful for. And there was a
list a mile long.

I find that for myself it bears to do this every so often. To go
through your thankfuls, or as someone else said, Gratefuls..

It puts it in perspective..at least for me.
