A quick crab soup
Sautee half a small onion, minced, in a tablespoon of melted butter.
Stir in a tablespoon of flour and 1/4 teaspoon curry powder, cook and
stir briefly. Gradually stir in 2 cups of whole milk. Add the crab meat
and a splash of sherry, salt and pepper to taste.
