my oven went out on Thanksgiving Day. It cost me $199 to get the thermosat
(for a self-cleaning oven) replaced. Less than I thought it would. I'm
glad that I was able to get it fixed as replacing it (wall oven) would have
involved some carpentry work, etc. as the shapes have changed since this one
was installed (1986) Cheapest ovens I could find on sale that would do,
were $879 and $999. I wasn't looking for features, just a near fit. I
hadn't realized how much I use the oven.
