Tet is such a fun celebration, I went to a couple of Tet festivals in
Houston. Everyone should check and see there are any Tet festivals in
your area. There were Vietnamese arts and crafts, plants, beauty
contests, martial arts, and most of all - delicious food.
If you are going to someone's home, offer a fruit basket to the host
(candied fruit is good, too) and buy some red envelopes so you can give
cash to the children.
