Trust me on this... they are a staple on my countertop.
The perfume-like bouquet of the finished product has
to be experienced to be believed. They will keep between
3 and 6 months at room temperature. Great with chicken,
lamb, fish. The downside is that you mahy be tempted to
buy a tagine, if you don't have one. Then you need a good book on
Moroccan cooking. Think Paula Wolfert here.
