I bought a can just last week. For a photo project. But rather than
wasting it, I ate it over the next few days. One part of which was a
sandwich as described, above, but which also had mayo. I also cubed some
and used it in fried rice. And fried a slice for breakfast with my eggs.
And probably something else I don't remember. It was an interesting
experiment.
