Oprah did a thing on germs on kitchen counter tops. And germs in lemons at
restaurants. Now my wife is anal about anything that touches the countertop
or the cutting board and lemons when we go out to eat. And yet, she still
will defrost chicken in the sink for twelve hours on a summer day. Wish
Oprah would have a program on food safety.
