1 part ground beef, 1 part ground pork, 1 part LG rice. Minced onion,
chopped parsley, S&P.

Stovetop or 5 qr Slow Cooker.

Usually tomato juice, rarely broth.

Kraut bed ono bottom, cabbage rolls stacked, more kraut on
top. After a couple of adult beverages, Kielbasa/Kolbasz on
top, maybe some flavoring bacon crumbles.

A little marjoram. Sour Cream with/without dill at the table.

Usually served with cucumber/sour cream and onion as
a side. Rye bread. Butter. Butter.

Frequently sneak one stuffed bell pepper in the middle
for addt'l flavor.
