I doubt UPS will hold it any longer than necessary. I have had stuff
delivered in 2 days using standard service. Once they get possession of
a package, they want to get it delivered ASAP. Makes the customer happy,
makes the merchant look good and makes UPS look good too. All around,
everybody wins.

Though customers could order standard service when they really wanted it
delivered sooner and this would deprive UPS of the additional moneys.
But the customer does not have a legitimate complaint if it is not
delivered when they wanted it. Of course, it may not prevent some
customers from complaining anyway. They gambled, they lost. It can
happen, especially around holidays.

I would expect it to be delivered on Wednesday. Can we expect pics on
Thursday of your first cook? :-)
