While that may be true, many people report having gotten undamaged WSMs
deliverec by UPS. All I know is that the one I got was badly damaged. I
ultimately decided to have Amazon replace it. I get to ship the bad one
back for free and they are giving me 2 day Fed-Ex delivery for the
replacement, also for free.

Kudos to Amazon for backing up what they sell.

Kudos to Weber for backing up what others sell for them.

Brickbats to UPS for breaking perfectly good merchandise.
