Seriously though, there was info in one of the newspapers not so long ago
that there are more vitamins in frozen vegies than so called 'fresh' vegies
in supermarket.

Agree , Some days he is a worry ,for sure
But practice make perfect they say . At least RFC has taught him to
dudd up the meta data on his fake photos .
The man is to be commended for having a go at least at real photos .
