Not a UPS or WSM problem.... I had a brand new KitchenAid mixer come in.
The bowl wouldn't raise as the pinion gear was broken. Having bought it
through Amazon, I still called the service rep at KitchenAid. They
shipped out a brand new one at NO cost. It arrived in 3-4 days which
was no problem. A week later, I put the broken one in the same
shipping box out on my porch and UPS picked it up. NO problems with the
new one and I was happy as all heck with KitchenAid!
