well, that was blinky, not blake.

i remember the *fireplace*, on p st near p st beach and dupont circle, but
when i was going (early seventies) it was live music, not male strippers
like it is now, i think. if there was a drag queen scene there, i missed
it.

hmm, it just says 'dance club' now. i used to live a few blocks east at
17th and p, a stones throw from j.r.'s and annie's.

but maybe you know this: are any drag performers doing sarah palin now?
