What hotel? I usually stayed at the Embassy Row Hilton on Mass.
Avenue...mere STEPS from the sleezy P St. action...and overlooking the
Turkish Embassy complex...also had a nice rooftop pool.

Also stayed at the older Carlyle Suites Hotel just north of Dupont...fun
little piano bar and steps away from 17th St. scene...
