Around here in Louisiana we call it the Left Coast and sometimes the
Peoples Republic of Kalifornia. All in good humor of course. I am forced
to say that as I have relatives in California and other weird places on
the Left Coast. They refer to the Gulf Coast as the Middle Coast and the
eastern seaboard as the Right Coast. I reckon we nearly all like where
we live or we wouldn't live there.
