Default Supper tonight

Between having practice this afternoon and boots to make this evening,
supper needs to be quick and easy so we're going with kielbasa and
roasted cabbage.

Preheat the oven to 450.

Heat a little bit of olive oil in the cast iron frying pan. Brown the
sliced kielbasa. Add a couple cloves of crushed garlic, the cabbage,
sliced, and a half teaspoon each of salt, pepper and thyme. Toss and
stir to coat the cabbage with the oil and seasonings. Pour in 1/2 cup
chicken broth and stir briefly while the steam wilts the cabbage. Then
into the oven for 15 minutes or until the edges of the cabbage start of
brown.
