The nuts I eat most often, are almonds, but I like all nuts; pecans,
Brazil nuts, peanuts, macadamia nuts, walnuts. I really prefer walnuts
in salads or brownies. When I eat them alone, they can taste a little
bitter.

Thanks, Lynn, for mentioning the nuts at Walgreen's. I bake with
flaxseed meal, which is also high in Omega 3 fatty acids. I ate a
flaxseed muffin this morning.
