It's sure not the norm to find chopsticks in the take-out/delivery here in
L.A. I do plenty of this, and use three or four places for delivery (not
counting one that just closed and one that jacked up their minimum
delivery order to $15). I can't remember the last time I found any
chopsticks in the bag.
