Frisee salad, cashews, pickled red onions, apples.

MAINCOURSE
Thyme and lemon marinated roasted chicken, Swiss chard, fingerling
potatoes in persillade

JUICE
Apple Fennel
Carrot Apple

Persillade: equal parts (by volume) chopped parsley and garlic... my,
my, my - aren't "we" all Frenchified?
