Default Do you use disposable gloves during cooking?

Nope, not generally. I do use them when scraping the innards out of
jalapenos to get them ready for stuffing, or when handling habaneros.

A brief scrub with benzoyl peroxide acnes soap will get rid of just
about any kind of lingering smell or stain on the hands, including,
unfortunately, mehndi.
